Become a Republican POLL WORKER for the Upcoming Election

The Jefferson County Republican Party must staff each of the 507 Precincts in Jefferson County with two (2) Republican Poll Workers for each Precinct.

In order to ensure a fair election you will work along side two Democrats, each of you having the same sworn powers to enforce the election laws guaranteeing a fair electoral process. We will endeavor to place you as close to your home precinct as possible.

Volunteer Early!

This is a paid position that requires attendance at a two hour training session usually held at a designated school site within short drive of your home prior to Election Day.

Poll Workers will be compensated $15 to attend the mandatory training.

On Election Day, Poll Workers will be compensated $105 for working at their assigned polling location.

You must be a registered Republican Voter to receive credentials from the Board of Elections to work at the Polls.
